All 3 floors feature beamed ceilings.
Ground floor: entrance, living/dining room with a double sofa bed, large kitchen with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with a cot , a bathroom with shower.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with king beds, 1 double bedroom with two separate beds, 2 bathrooms with showers.
Second floor: 1 triple bedroom.
The panoramic terrace is provided with tables, chairs and barbeque, perfect for enjoying life outside. Pets are allowed.

1. SAN CARLO on the right corner opposite the church square, good hand made pastas and grilled meat for a nice price.
2. KING BAR : good mountaind breads served with salami, ham and cheese.
4. PIZZERIA CUENCA CLUB at the swimming pool : nice space outside, good pizzas also to take away.
Our favourite restaurant in Zocca is OSTERIA DEL SOLE: perfect place for a lunch with view over the mountains, or for a long dinner with tartufi, excellent wines and attractive desserts.

How to reach I Fontanini coming from Bologna:exit the motorway A1 Milano-Bologna at Bologna Borgo Panigale, take the SS 9 direction Modena. Go past Lavino di Mezzo and Anzola dell'Emilia. When you get to Ponte Samoggia, turn left and follow the road until you cross the SS 569 ; you follow it for 50 meters and turn left , going towards Monteveglio and Zocca. You drive through Monteveglio, Castelletto and Ciano. When you arrive in Montombraro, after the gas station and before coming into the village you find, on your right, via Lamizze. Follow it for about 500 m. when you see a wooden sign saying “FONTANINI” on your right, take the small road on the left (n.473 ), go past the first group of houses, continue straight ahead on the unpaved descending road that ends at the houses, called Fontanini di Sotto, via Lamizze 473/c.
How to reach i Fontanini coming from Modena:exit the motorway A1 Milano-Bologna at Modena Sud and take the SS 623 on your left, in the direction of Zocca. Go past Spilamberto and Vignola along the river Panaro (on your left), pass Marano and when you reach Ponte Samone, turn left over the bridge. The road now goes up for about 11 km passing through Samone, continuing towards Zocca/Monteombraro. When you reach a crossroads just before Zocca, turn left to Montombraro and continue for 3.5 km. Drive through Montombraro and take the second road on your left, via Lamizze, before the gas station. Follow Follow it for about 500 m. when you see a wooden sign saying “FONTANINI” on your right, take the small road on the left....
