It is surrounded by a garden full of pine trees,olives, figs and other greenery. It is also only 30 m above a beautiful pebbly beach. It is ideal for families who want a peaceful, easy and restful holidays surrounded by nature. Location is also very inspiring for artistic people. Not really suitable for elderly people, people with disabilities or infants. --- FR --- Cet appartement tranquille est dans une maison surplombant la mer. Depuis la terrasse vous profitez d’une vue fabuleuse sur la mer et les îles de Hvar, Brac et la péninsule de Peljesac. La maison est entourée d’un jardin méditerranéen avec des pins, des oliviers et des figuiers. 30m au-dessous de la terrasse se trouvent de belles plages de galets. --- EN --- By car only 20 km away from the famous tourist destination Makarska, and 100 km away from even more famous Dubrovnik. You can arrive by plane to Split airport and then by bus to ŽZivogosce from Split central bus station (Split-Ploce / Split-Metkovic/ Split-Dubrovnik) or you can take rent-a-car at the airport. --- FR --- Si vous arrivez en voiture empruntez l’autoroute A1 jusqu’à la sortie Sestanovac. Puis continuez 30km pour arriver à Makarska. L’appartement est à 20km au sud de Makarska, destination touristique appréciée, et 100km au nord de Dubrovnik, destination encore plus coté. Si vous arrivez en avion: l’aéroport de Split n’est qu’à 70km. Des bus/navettes/taxis assurent la liaison entre l’aéroport et la gare routière de Split, d’où vous pouvez prendre un bus allant à Metkovic / Ploce / Dubrovnik pour arriver à Zivogosce. Tout aussi bien vous avez la possibilité de louer une voiture à l’aéroport. --- GE --- Wenn Sie sich für eine Anreise mit dem PKW entscheiden, nehmen sie die Autobahn A1 bis zur Ausfahrt Sestanovac und fahren Sie auf der Küstenstraße Richtung Makarska.
