Our apartment (6th floor with elevator) offers an entrance area, a twin bedroom with wardrobe, complete bathroom with tube and shower, living room with bed-sofa for 2 persons, eating area, integrated kitchen and the terrace. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, linens provided, towels provided. Washing machine, dish washer, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, etc. etc. Also cable-TV, CD-player, cassette player, radio. 2 minutes walking to the historical city CENTER (see map), 1. district. Perfect infrastructure: at the corner a supermarket as well as 3 tipical austrian restaurants. 3 minutes walking to "Untere Augartenstrasse" with lots of shops, international restaurants and tram 31. 4 minutes walking to the market "Karmelitermarkt" and post office. Also perfect public transport facilities: metro station "Schottenring" around the corner (lines U2 and U4), as well as trams 1, 2 and 31. At the river "Donaukanal" you have a large recreative area for walking, jogging, skating (in the summer you have the "Summer Stage", see Internet) and nearby the famous park "Augarten". "
