" This modern equipped 92 m2 (982 square feet) apartment is situated on the third floor (elevator) and looks onto aquiet courtyard. Beginning January 2009 we provide you with a free WLAN in the apartment! Equipment: - In the living room you find a cosy leather couch, couch table, cable-TV, radio and a big table with chairs. - In the sleeping room is a big double bed for two persons. - In the second sleeping room are two single beds for two persons(200 x 90 cm). - In the third sleeping room are two single beds for two persons (200 x 90 cm). - A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave, tea boiler, coffee maker, plates, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. - A bathroom with a tub/shower. - WC and entry room. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are offered, for extra charge we can organize a cleaning woman. Due to its central location in the 7th Viennese district it offers a wide range of openings for tourists, most of the tourist attractions can be reached very easily bypublic transport. The apartment is surrounded by a 20 m2 balcony, which is equipped with table and chairs. In the warmer season you can take your breakfast there or just relax. Two further apartments for 6 persons each are offered in the same building, our apartments BURGGASSE (Homelidays Nr. 37890) and NEUSTIFTGASSE D (Homelidays Nr. 162282) are in a walking distance of 3-5 minutes.
