Beautiful and cosy apartment with balcony in Vienna

The appartment have not a private parking lot but there are many public free parking lots surounding the location.In all the evenings that we came to the appartment we search a free parking place 20 to 30 minutes. Also we asked for wifi internet posibility and the owner give to us a stick for laptop.Because we came to the appartment with a I-pad we could not use the stick and we have not an internet conection. Before closing the deal we specifficaly asked for these 2 conditions. But the appartment was very nice ,quiet and clean.

When the family Ciceu arrived in Vienna (they were expected of me on the street outside the apartment and received)they could select of at least 3 free public parking places (close to my apartment). During the day it´s mostly possible to find easily a parking space in the vicinity. Of course, in the evening/rush hour its more difficult to find a free public parking place nearby the apartment. A good alternative -not to be dependent on finding a parking space during rush hour- is to travel by public transport within the city. I recommended this also to the family Ciceu. All my guests get from me a usb stick for using the Internet network (without payment). In connection with a notebook there is a good use of the Internet network in my apartment. In previous correspondence was unfortunately neither from me nor of Mr. Ciceu the conversation about of an Ipad, or from a usb stick. I regretted this and recommended the use of the nearby internet cafe(about 2 minutes by feet). Fam. Messirek

"Very nice, clean and cosy flat located in a quiet neighbourhood. The place is with fully equipped kitchen and furnished with taste. It is also very well heated. Close to the apartment there is a lot of groceries and shops. The metro and S-bahn is on 15 minutes by feet or you could take the tram for 3 stops. There is a lot of free parking lots in the vicinity. The owner is a kind, discreet and helpful person. We were party of 5 people and all of us had great time in Wien. I recommend this property for pleasant stay in the Austrian capital"

"Very nice apartment, warm and with a large living room. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. 25 minutes to the centrum by tram and underground, free parking in the area. Owner very welcoming, agreed to meet with us late in the evening at 10 pm, waited for us and even bought us public travel passes so we can have them in the morning. We thank Mr Hubert for all, recommend his place as a very good place for a nice stay in Vienna."
