" In the center of Vienna at the "Nestroyplatz"(2nd district) you will find our new and modern furnished apartment (size of 64 m2). Our apartment (non-smoker) is suitable for up to 6 persons: It has two separated rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and anteroom. Sleeping room with comfortable double bed and big wardrobe (window to absolute quiet yard). The living room is equipped with two sofas which can be pulled out easily (bed size 140x200 cm each), cable-TV, computer with Internet/Wlan connection (included), stereo system and a dining table for up to 6 persons. Also the kitchen is nicely equipped with all the cooking tools you can think of as well as a small dining table. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and hair drier. Of course bedclothes, sheets, bath towels, a.s.o. will be there for your comfort. "

Hints and tips from the owner:
See the personal website of the owner" The historical city centre of Vienna with all well-known sights can easily be reached by walking (5 min)! But also the subway-station (Line:U1 Station: Nestroyplatz)is located next to the house. That subway will take you to Stephansplatz in only 3 minutes and makes it quite easy for you to reach some of the most well known sites like the opera, Karlschurch or Naschmarkt quite fast. Just around (20-40 metres) you can find restaurants, cafe's, a bakery, supermarkets and lots of other shops. Also a bank with cash dispenser (ATM) can be found just across the street. For all of you who want to enjoy the night-life , we could recommend the "Bermuda Triangle" at the "Schwedenplatz". It's only 10 minutes to walk there from the apartment and there are bars with live music and discos as well as exotic and Viennese restaurants were you can sit down, have a glass of vine and let the day pass again. Since last summer we have a bike renting station in front of the house. Vienna got well developed cycling tracks and it's a lot of fun to explore a new city by biking. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Vienna recently and our experience was enhanced greatly by staying at this wonderful apartment. The apartment was very well located next to a metro station and in 2 stops we were at Stephanplatz (city centre). You could also walk to the city in 15 minutes. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed and the kind owners, Christoph and Angela had stocked the apartment with every amenity you could possibly require - even down to a sewing kit! We were extremely happy with our stay and the kindness of the owners that we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and if we are fortunate enough to visit Vienna again, we will be heading straight to Christoph''s and Angela''s lovely apartment. Thank you so much."

"The wonderful apartment, is very conveniently located, spacious. In apartment there is all necessary, and also the Internet and wi-fi. In Vienna we were for the first time and are very glad that have stopped in these apartments. Separate thanks Angela which has personally met us, has shown apartment and it was very kind. "The stay in the flat in Wien was more than pleasent.The owner was very friendly and everything was just like the advert said.The metro station is few meters away from the building.The Prater is a two minutes walking distance.Nice ,cozy apartment!!"
