From Amsterdam you take the highway A7 in the direction of Leeuwarden until the road to Medemblik, then you have to take the 3th road Wervershoof/Enkhuizen. Follow the road to “Vooroever”. At the end of this road you will see the dike, and you will go to the right. When the dike ends, you will have to go to the right again. (Now you will drive under the dike.)
