" Ideally located in a charming village fortifications, sunny and well known for its three lakes, one of which, very nice, is dedicated to swimming ... 20 minutes from Perpignan, 40 minutes from the mountains and snow, 30 minutes from the sea.The place is quiet and pleasant climate often radieux.Concernant the house itself, you should know that the house is small and narrow (22 square meters on the ground) but nice and pleasant, the comments left by our tenants are all positive. A narrow staircase serves parts: it should be careful because as you show the pictures posted to this effect, they are stiff, the first staircase starts the ground floor to go to the second floor, the staircase is the second spiral .1) on the ground floor are the lobby, a small bathroom with spa bath and separate toilet, a large closet to store all your business easily and a lower cabinet. 2) At first, found a nice little kitchen and dining by the fireplace for a user-friendly. 3) The second floor is the lounge with balcony. You have a sofa bed with bed Dunlopillo. So you can sleep in the lounge or watch TV lying on the exemple.4) The third floor is a small room (6 m²) with a new sofa bed, small room on a sunny terrace of 9 m². "A delightful property with great character in the medieval centre of the pretty village of Vinca.The website photos don't really do it justice, it's much prettier in reality than it looks on line. On 4 floors, there is plenty of room and facilities are very good for a property of this type; the roof terrace and bbq were a particular bonus. The stairs are steep and may not suit people with reduced mobility or a very young child but we are a middle aged couple of average fitness and we managed fine.The village of Vinca is typical of the beautiful Tet Valley; it boasts a pretty medieval centre, two restaurants and two cafe bars. It is far enough off the busy tourist trail to retain it's integrity as a real French Catalan village. The swimming lake is fabulous and the walks in the area are truly lovely. There is a train station in the village, Perpignan - Prades so access is easy if you don't have a car. The owner lives locally and speaks good english if required. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. We are much travelled in France and have stayed in many types of accommodation some good some bad. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation as one of our best self catering experiences."
