"This was a very comfortable apartment in a central location in Villaviciosa. We really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious; we particularly liked the balcony overlooking the square. The beaches at Rodiles and Playa Espana were fantastic! Thank you Lucia!"

"Excellent. Warm, comfortable, spacious and a good sidra welcome! I do suggest that Lucia provides a chopping board and a bread knife. And checks the extractor fans in the bathrooms (I don't think that they work). That is all though."

"Das Apartement ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Perfekte Ausstattung, alles sehr ordentlich. Alles ist vorhanden, angefangen bei einem großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, sämtlichste Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, u.s.w. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die dazugehörige Tiefgarage, wo man bedenkenlos sein Auto abstellen kann. Obwohl man im Stadtzentrum wohnt, hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und es ist sehr ruhig. Bäcker, Supermarkt aller per Fuss in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können nur sagen: TOP! Sehr gerne wieder!"

"Prima appartement, ruim en schoon; centraal in stadje met alles om de hoek en toch rustig; balkon met uitzicht over plein (en parkeerplaats)en bergen.<br><br> Great apartment, spacious and clean; central with shops and restaurants in walking distance, yet quiet; balcony with wide views over (parking)square and mountains."
