" The house is located in a quiet building just 150 meters from the center of Villasimius and little more 'than 1 mile from the beautiful beach of Simius. It is built on three levels. On the ground floor a nice living room with kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with balcony. In the basement, which is accessed via external unascala adjoining the entrance to the house, there is a fresh and spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a nice bathroom with shower, a convenient laundry room with washing machine and tub, iron and ironing board. Outside there is a large private courtyard garden for dining and outdoor dining and relaxation area with sun loungers, umbrellas and shower. The house 'was recently renovated and fully furnished. For 2013, if you book at least two weeks in the period between April and September, in honor of a weekend (Friday to Sunday) to be used during the months of January or February or March or November. "

"Quelle charmante maison,nichée sur la colline et offrant une magnifique vue sur le village. La terrasse est très agréable, la maison est décorée avec gout et sobriété. Vanna et Luigi sont adorables, ma famille gardera de très bons souvenirs de ce séjour, j''y retournerai volontiers."

"Casa bellissima,(le foto non rendono)e proprietari squisiti!Attrezzata di tutto(anche phon per ciascun bagno),confortevolissima ed esterno strepitoso per cene estive(annesse di barbecue) o per una buona lettura pomeridiana.La villa e'' situata in posizione strategica per il centro da evitare l''uso dell''auto ed eventuale parcheggio.Ottima per una vacanza all''insegna di un mare splendido senza perdere le "coccole" della propria abitazione,visto il confort (anche tv con decoder) e il buon gusto degli arredi.Ancora grazie ai proprietari per la loro disponibilita'' e per aver utilizzato nei ns riguardi ,un''accoglienza accurata ed elegante,contribuendo a rendere ancora piu'' piacevole il ns soggiorno in Villasimius.Ritorneremo di certo!"

"Le foto sul sito non rendono giustizia alla villetta. Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari nel migliore dei modi con disponibilità e cordialità. Tutto era perfetto e il giardino è stato per noi un piccolo angolo di Paradiso in cui goderci, in silenzio o con un po'' di musica in sottofondo, il fresco della sera dopo lunghe giornate di splendido mare. Vista la possibilità di sfruttare tutte le camere anche mantenendo la massima privacy, consiglio questo alloggio a chiunque (coppie, famiglie, amici...). Buona vacanza !"
