" Villa “Le Cannicelle” is located in a strategic position, in between the sea and the hills. On a hillside at 124 ft. above sea level, it commands a spectacular Mediterranean vista - views stretching down to the farthest mountains of the Calabria region (the mountain range that soars above Diamante and Paola) on one side and as far as the Punta (Cape) of the Infreschi and the wild coastal tract bearing the same name between Scario and Marina di Camerota on the other side. Two thirds of the estate is covered with lush woodland thick with cork oak, a plant typical of the environmental niche stretching along the coastline of the Bay of Policastro between S.
