" The city of Vieux Boucau is a popular seaside resort in France which consists of the elder, naturally grown downtown area as well as of newer parts. Downtown, there are lots of restaurants including seafood restaurants and restaurants located directly in the dunes. You also will find different shops there including a well equipped pharmacy. You can do sports, and you can also rent bicycles since there is a new, about 50km bikeway in the countryside connecting several very interesting cities and sides. If you rent the apartment we will send you further information including a city map and information about actual activities regularly offered by the commune. However, our house is situated in the calm part of Vieux Boucau inside a land scape dominated by old pine trees. It is very close to the beach, a few-minute-walk, and it is also very close to the center which you can reach in about 10 minutes. You will find a very broad and long beach (many kilometers if you like beach walking...), and the beach is regularly and constantly cleaned by the commune. Two surf schools offer lessons. "
