An environnement untouched and authentic. The appartment has a beautifull coffered ceiling and the original 1600 three-mullioned window. Upon your arrival a person will give you all usefull info including restaurants, transportations, museums etc. If you wish to, a local person will tour you around the “unknown Venice” for half a day for a small extra charge. You can rent bicicles to tour the Lido. Included in your rental fee we offer a tour on a “gondola”. "

"Séjour superbe durant le carnaval avec ce havre de repos dans une ville excitante. Cadre sympathique et très "cosy". Bien agencé, avec toutes les facilités, très bien situé (tout à pied et en vaporetto. Excellent accueil à l''arrivée et contacts très cordiaux avec la propriétaire. Je recommande chaudement. JF."

"Derrière la porte d'entrée du "Calle", une cour-jardin magnifique. Un appartement au volume très noble, dans un vrai palais historique. Un endroit très serein, à proximité immédiate des grandes voies touristiques mais situé entre 2 "campi" très calmes. Les commodités sont aussi toutes proches, petites boutiques pour le San Daniele et le Parmigiano, superette, nombreux "bacari" pour l'apéritif, bons restaurants, fruits et légumes sur le campo Santa Maria Formosa, glaces sur le campo de Zanipolo, bref Venise..."

"Vivre à Venise comme des Venitiens, tel est le privilège de cet appartement !! Situé dans un palais avec un jardin, c'est un luxe à Venise... Le quartier est plus que central pour visiter mais également pour se restaurer, pour déguster les spécialités italiennes" a la casa" et enfin pour le shopping. Nous y reviendrons!!!"
