" Residence THELMA is a comfortable house with private garden, situated only 10 minutes from Venice and near a wonderful park (Parco Albanese). Excellent for families and friend-traveler couples. Our house has been restructured in 2010 with great attention to all details, it has all comforts (air conditioning, pavement heating, TV, private parking ). Residenza Thelma is situated: 9 km from Venice (xcellent location for rapid connections with Venice also in night time) 200 mt from bus stops (n. 24H takes only 10 minutes to arrive to Venice) 200 mt from supermarkets, bakery, greengrocer shop. 100 mt from “Parco Albanese” where you can bring your children , the park has 2 swimming pools (1 inside, 1 outside), tennis courts, soccer fields, and volleyball camp. You can leave your car in our garage or if you like or in our courtyard and take a bus to Venice , the cost is euro 1,30 per person. The house is very well refined, the rooms are private, comfortable, full of light and well appointed as to feel your. It has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 single room with 2 single beds). 2 bathrooms , dining room, kitchen with all utensils, garden with barbeque, ping pong table, basketball. Excellent location for excursions to the cities of Padova, Treviso, Verona and Garda Lake. "

"This comfortable accomodation is really a lucky insider''s tip! The rooms are bright and extraordinary clean. The kitchen offers many cooking possibilities and the two very modern bathrooms, the dining room as well as the bedrooms are well equiped. Thelma is situated in a very calm and safe area, where the people are very friendly. There are many big supermarkets in Mestre, one of them 5 minutes by feet. Especially, meeting the family is worth to book Thelma. They are cooperative and really seek to care about their guestes. We have been positively surprised by many outdoor activities, like a ping pong table and a huge green park, including all sport activities and picnic places. You can reach Venice easily by bus (10 to 15 minutes) and thereby escape the touristic trouble. This lodging is perfect for families and people who want to discover not only the touristic, but also the domestic side of Venice, whithout resigning the mediterranean flair."

"The apartment is very clean and cosy, very easy to access. I highly recommend it for families with children - there is a garden and a very large and beautiful park just next to the house. Supermarkets and a drugstore are just 2 minutes away by car. The owners are very nice, caring, ready to help and always available. We have had great holidays there."

"The villa is superb, perfect for active holidays, looks like in photos. The atmosphere is very quiet, the park is next to the door, only the mosquitoes are a bit annoying. The bus station is at 2 min from the house and the makes 20 min to Venice. As well is easy to get out to the motorway. For us was perfect."
