The apartment is situated in a quiet position in a typical Venetian square ("campo") in one of the most characteristic and unchanged areas, near the main Biennale exhibition venues and a short distance from Piazza San Marco and numerous other places of historical and artistic interest. A stone's throw from the flat is the delightful church of San Pietro di Castello, constructed to a design by Andrea Palladium and seat of the Patriarchate of Venice until 1807 when it moved to San Marco. The white façade and elegant bell tower look out over Venice's only square with grass instead of stone, creating an unforgettable image. Its proximity to the "Giardini", "Arsenale" and "San Pietro" landing stages makes the flat easy to reach for those arriving by plane (direct "Alilaguna" line), train or car. "Location parfaite. Appartement calme, quartier préservé en dehors des circuits touristiques, vue magnifique des chambres sur un campo typique de venise. Proche des commerces (un magasin à moins de dix mètres). Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Silvia (propriétaire) a été très disponible lors de notre arrivée et est une personne très sympathique et agréable."
