"Wonderful apartment located in a quiet area. It was close enough to walk to the major sights but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The terrace it perfect for sitting outside to read or have a meal. The owner was more than helpful with all of my questions. Will definitely stay there again."

"Sehr netter Empfang. Viele Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Gute Aufteilung/Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Große Küche "zum Austoben" beim Kochen der leckeren Sachen die man so einkaufen kann, z. B. frischer Fisch vom Fischmarkt - ist allerdings etwas weiter weg (Vaporetto Rialto Mercato), aber der Weg lohnt sich. Ideal für 2 Personen. Großer Balkon mit Ausblick über die typisch italienische Bauweise - eng aber schön -- der Blick auf die Dächer."

Insgesamt sehr befriedigendes Angebot, zentrale, ruhige Lage, zweckmässig und nett eingerichtet,sauber, kleine Oase mit Balkon. Freundlicher Empfang und gute Betreung durch Vermieter.

"Gibt es einen ruhigen Ort unweit des Markusplatzes? Es gibt ihn! Behütet in einer kleinen Gasse von Madonnenbild und altehrwürdigem Kater liegt diese Ferienwohnung, die großzügig wirkt. "Ein bißchen Zen, ein bißchen Ikea" beschreibt es gut! Es gibt nichts überflüssiges, alles notwendige ist da! (Die Frau des Vermieters ist Architektin.) Alle wichtigen Boote gehen von San Zaccaria ab. Und um die Ecke ist Bäcker, Fleischer und Pasticceria(!) gelegen. Dieses alte Haus hat nicht den gewohnten Wasserdruck...sonst fand ich alles perfekt!
