"This appartment was so great. Good location near train station and bus terminal (airport shuttle), quite place, beautiful appartment with good equipment (good beds !!!) and lovely owner. If we will go again in venise, we will surely use this adress again !!!"

"Great apartment! everything new and clean. Excellent location, close to Piazzale Roma, Ferrovia and vaporettos. Supermarket, pharmacy, tourist information and lots of restaurants in a short walk. Fabiano, the owner, always ready to help and make everything easier...from the first email. We spent 12 fabulous days feeling like at home. Highly recommendable!!!"

"I stayed at the Pruili residence in Venice, Itay. It was comfortable and maintained extremely well. All of the amenities needed were available. It was definitely a home away from home. I really loved being able to return to the quiet community after a long day of touring throughout Venice. Fabiano was amazingly accommodating. He and his team were available to assist you with whatever you needed to make your stay in Venice a pleasant, memorable occasion! The residence was in walking distance to San Lucia station and easily accessible to the wonderful sites of Venice. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fabiano's residence and would highly recommend it to others! We will definitely return to Venice and will most definitely stay at one of Fabiano's accommodations again!"

L'appartement est parfait, très bien équipé, très agréable, au calme Un petit bémol pour les lits à ressorts, pas très bon pour le mal de dos ! Nous étions très bien situés, tous les départs de vaporetto sont à 300m Les indications des propriétaires très utiles, superette, restos ... A recommander !
