"The apartment is very clean, quiet and well equipped. It is well located near all facilities : supermarket, café-bar, pizza take away, Arsenale vaporetto station,.... To be noticed that WI FI is not reachable from the apartment. However, a public WI FI network is available on main touristic sites. Also the price is reasonable. We definitely recommend this apartment."

"This was our 13th trip to Venice and this was certainly one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in, and definitely the best value. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very well equipped,it is extremely convenient for the San Marco area, which is best visted VERY early in the morning before the crowds arrive, and this is easily done from Franco's delightful apt."

"We really enjoyed this apartment. Short walk to St-Mark yet far enough to not have all the tourist traffic go by our window. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed (for the 5th person) could have been better. But we would go back anyway because it is a very nice apartment "
