Lovely and bright apartment with magnificient view, just renewed. Excellent position for the visit of the city.

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect for us and our baby. Great location and great owners. They met us a the boat launch and showed us to the apartment. Give great information and were super friendly. Absolutely fantastic!"

The apartment is accurately described in the advert. It is clean, bright and the kitchen area is very well equiped for self catering. The balcony has good views over the rooftops, with sun in the morning, and room for two to have breakfast at the little table. The sitting room table is big enough for four or five to eat. For relaxing there is one sofa only. The situation is atmospheric and peaceful, perfect for good restaurants, supermarket, bakery and the fruit and vegetable gondola - all just minutes away. The small campo San Barnaba is lively and pleasant for a drink or a meal. The Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop is five minutes walk, and the Zattere about a ten minute walk in the other direction. Piazzale Roma is only a fifteen minute walk away. I would recommend the apartment as suitable for one couple or a family with children. A certain level of fitness is required as there are 80 steps to reach the apartment, but the bonus is the lovely view. The owners are charming and helpful.

"We loved staying in this quiet, bright, clean and modern apartment. It is situated in a very convenient location--close to Ca Rezzonico and Zattere vaporetto stops, and nearby a grocery store (Billa on the Zattere), the excellent fruit/veg. market boat near Campo S. Barnaba and a good butcher near Campo S. Margerita. It was extremely comfortable and well stocked with all the crockery, towels and bed linens we could want. The beds were extremely comfortable. The one very small point I would mention is that it would have been nice to have just one additional place to sit in the living room area. There is only one small sofa. If the dining table was re-oriented, another chair might be fit into the living area. We were three people and found that we were unable to sit together in the living room when we were in the apartment. I want to emphasize, though, that everything else about this apartment exceeded our expectations. The owners are incredibly accommodating and generous. We will hope to rent from them again when we return to Venice!"
