" The first floor flat is really stunning. It was totally renewed in the last year(2008). Everything in the house is brand new, but you will find there single pieces of old fashioned furniture just to remind you are in Venice. The flat has a very large living room with dining room and kitchen, three large double rooms, each with "design" ensuite bathroom(two with shower and one with bathtub). Within next september each room will be airconditionned. Via Garibaldi is very rich of shops, bars and small cheap and trendy restaurants. Within via Garibaldi you'll find everything you need for the every day life. Via Garibaldi is quite close to "S.Pietro di Castello" where it started Venice more than one thousand years ago. With a short walk of 5 minutes you might go and visit the "Basilica di San Pietro" the most ancient in Venice.
