"I was very satisfied with my choice to rent this appartment. It was clean, it is equiped with everything i needed, it is close to St Mark's Square (just 7 min). Supermarket is very close by it. The owner is very polite and He gave me well-timed answers when we were writing the contract. It was brilliant holiday."

"We came to Venice on our honeymoon, our second time here. The apartment was truly amazing and second only to the owner's hospitality and helpfulness. The location exceeded every expectation. It is recently renovated with contemporary stylings and offers all the modern conveniences, but just a glance from the windows at the historic rooftops reminds you exactly where you are. Although just a short 10 minute walk to St Mark's Square and a further 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge, the location was just outside the sometimes heavily congested tourist zone which made our stay more enjoyable and the experience more 'Venetian'. Within 50 metres of the front door 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, greengrocer and a wine bar not mention the bakery and deli literally across the street. Eateries also line the street which proved great at the end of a great day getting lost in Venice. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Great, very clean apartment which is in the friendly for children area - the park is in the neithbourhood and the shops and restaurants are nearly too. In fact the apartment is bigger than on the photos and we, 4 persons, spent a perfect time.The air conditioners work wonderfully and we haven't felt the August heat. Quiet, tidy and accommodated place."

"My daughter and I travelled Italy and France for her 21st birthday and this was her favorite place of all the ones we rented. The pictures do not do the apartment justice as the apartment is modern, clean and bright. Everything, including the wifi and many-chanelled TV works perfectly and Cristiano is a wonderful host. He was so helpful and made us feel at home.The apartment is in a great residential area with local kids playing in the square but still just a few minutes walk along the canal from the biggest attractions of the city. We loved it and will recommend to all of our friends. Thanks Cristiano!"
