"Very nice location, just 5-7 minutes by walk from the city center. There is a good park near apartment. Not so many tourists. Nice supermarkets and local market, where you can buy fruits, vegetables, seafood and so on... The apartment is very clean and comfortable for staying. And the owner (Carlotta) is very friendly. She met us at Vaporetto station at 23:30. There were so many foods and a bottle of vine in our fridge when we arrived. I highly recommend all people which are going to Venice to stay at Carlotta''s apartment."

"It was very cozy, perfect for one person or a couple. Great location and a short walk to the Giardini vaporetto stop. The residential neighborhood is very peaceful, and Carlotta was very accommodating. She met me almost as soon as I arrived in Venice. You do hear the neighbors upstairs (the building is about 400-500 years old, after all), but there is quiet between 11 pm - 9 am."

"Excellent location especially for art lovers, because is located across the wall of the main exhibition Biennale, and hundred meters from the Arsenale. You can enjoy in the beautiful park Gardini, romantic walks by the sea, and even walk to the center of Venice isn't long. Also, from the ship (Vaporeto) station Gardini, which is near, is fast coming to the Lido beach. The flat is in quiet area, far from the city noise, also it is close to the street where you can buy the necessary supplies. Authentic studio, comfortable to rest after a tumultuous day in Venice and for stays longer than Venice itself allows to you. Owner, Carlota, is very kind person, provides very useful information. The refrigerator and kitchen has supplied for the first day (days!) stay."

"The apartment is very nice and very clean. area near is very quiet,but close to San-Marco. Vaporetto stop in 2 minutes walk from home. there are shops near, where you can buy everything you need. Carlotta is very nice, we arrived very late, and she met us at night. At home we found a supply of food. Квартира очень хорошая. все очень чисто. находится в тихом районе, но совсем рядом с достопримечательностями (Сан-Марко в 10 минутах пешком). Остановка вапоретто в 2-х минут пешком от дома. рядом есть магазины, где можно найти все необходимое. Карлотта (хозяйка) очень милая, встретила нас ночью, также оставила для нас запас еды :)я очень рекомендую данную квартиру"

"It's an amazing studio - romantic and cozy, with unique and very authentic Venetian atmosphere! The bedroom is very romantic with wooden sails, the kitchen is very cozy and with full equipment. It's clean and bright with a romantic atmosphere! I can recommend this studio to all couples to stay with no hesitation - I'll return to this studio every time I visit Venice! The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - just a few steps from the vaporetto stop and near the park of the Biennale. The most charming part of the studio are its surroundings - you are in the heart of Venice, yet away from the touristic crowds, on a small street in an old romantic Italian house where you can feel the real Venetian life - from the past till now.
