" Situated in Venice, five minutes walking from the car terminal, 'CERERI' is a full - of - light apartment for 4/5 people, on the third floor : a pretty mansard with a marvellous 'altana' (wooden terrace) with an enchanting view of roofs and bell towers where if you want it is also possible to have lunch and dinner or to simply sunbathe!!!
It has 2 bedrooms, a spacious and well - equipped kitchen (oven, kettle, toaster...), a little sitting-room, 2 bathrooms (with shower, hand wash basin, bidet and WC).
It is fitted with new furniture, 2 Tv, 1 videorecorder, washing machine, central independent heating. On the secon floor there is air conditioned.
