" Further details: The facade and common entrance has been restored by the present owner and the balconies,window louvers and main external door are painted in a bright Mediterranean sky blue colour with brass beautiful handmade door knockers.Whilst all charges are included in the prices quoted, there is an initial allowance of € 5 for the consumption of electricity provided by the owner to the tenant; consumption beyond the allowance can be topped up via a coin meter. Included -Bedlinen and towels / final cleaning Cot & High Chair available, The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. Welcome pack with essentials like Tea,Coffee,water,bread,Fresh milk,butter,jam,fresh fruit,chocolates and wine. No hidden charges. "Wir hatten ein wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Patrick. Sie ist wunderbar gelegen und nur ein paar Meter von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten was der gehobene Anspruch erwartet.Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum und man kann den Hafen sehen. Vor allem abends wenn die Kreuzfahrtschiffe auslaufen. Wir waren restlos begeistert. Der Besitzer hat uns gegen eine kleine Gebühr vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns am Abreisetag wieder zurück gebracht. Wir hatten noch nie einen freundlicheren und hilfsbereiten Vermieter angetroffen wie Patrick.Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit sehr viel Liebe und Herz eingerichtet.Wir hatten ein sehr nettes Willkommenspaket mit Obst, Wein, Butter und Brot.Thank you so much Patrick for your help We will come back in your apartment Mike + Maria"

"L''appartement, entièrement refait et bien équipé, est au premier étage d''un bel immeuble ancien, qui reste frais en journée. Terrasse sur le toit avec vue. Il est situé dans un environnement calme, en plein centre historique de La Valette, proche de commerces, restaurants et à cinq minutes à pied de la gare routière d''où partent les bus pour rayonner dans toute l''île. Accueil très chaleureux et prévenant de Patrick. "

"L''appartement est idéalement situé il est de plus très typique et très bien équipé. Il y a même soucis du détail les adaptateurs de prise nécessaires pour les prises de courant. L''accueil est excellent avec tout plein d''attentions de la part de Patrick. Une adresse que nous ne pouvons que conseiller chaleureusement. Encore un plus pour ceux qui voudraient parfaire leur anglais il y a des cours d''anglais dispensés en face de l''appartement. Bref le 5/5 est facilement obtenu Michele (Toulouse)"

"Très bel appartement, bien rénové avec tout le confort souhaité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour car l’appartement est proche de tout. Au cœur de La Valette et à 5 mn à pied de la gare routière. Le quartier est très calme. La terrasse est très agréable et nous avons pu jouir du festival de feux d’artifice tous les soirs. Patrick a été très attentionné et a su nous faire partager son amour pour sa ville."
