Apartment in a Restored 17th century Palazzo

"Pallazo San Pawl allowed us to stay in something truly magnificent and steeped in history. One can feel the love nd attention that went into restoring this Pallazo back to its regal splendor. The Owner, Norman Shaw, is a most gracious host. To be able to stay at Pallazo San Pawl helped make our stay in Valletta all that more wonderful. the location was just perfect being so close to the city center and all of the wonderful restaurants. And Malta itself is steeped in so much history. The Pallazo's courtyard is full of lovely plants that added to the magnificance and all of the special touches provided for guests were just marvelous. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was wonderful, the bed comfortable, great internet connection, no traffic noise was ever noted, and top marks for information on where to go shopping and dining. We did not want for anything during our stay. The roof terrace provided an amazing view of the Grand Harbor and the Three Cities, thank you for sharing this with us. Again so much loving care has been spent on restoring this magnificent building. We will certainly recommend staying here with all of our friends when they are planning to visit Malta. We hope to be able spend another holiday at the delightful Pallazo San Pawl."

"Sehr gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem liebevoll restaurierten Palazzo aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Wir haben uns dort wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Vermieterpärchen Norman & Michael ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wohnung ist günstig in der Altstadt von Valletta gelegen, das Parken in der Nähe war kein Problem. WLAN hat gut funktioniert, auch die Heizung (wir waren zum Jahreswechsel dort, da ist es draußen nachts ein bisschen frisch). Sollten wir nochmals nach Malta fahren, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen wollen!"

"Nous sommes venus du 26 au 30 ocotobre 2010 dans cet appartement, en famille uncouple et deux adolescents. L''accueil a été excellent. L''appartement se situe dans une rue tres calme toute proche de tout, gare routiere à 300 m, office de tourisme 100m centre ville on y est l''appartement se trouve dans une maison de charme tellement c''est beau c''est paradisiaque l''appartement par lui même est de grande qualité meublé avec gout, magnifique, chambre parentale immense, douche idem la terrasse interieure et le balcon, c''est tranquille beau joli reposant le contact avec les propriétaires est tres enrichissant, gens tres simples et tres accueillants des prestations haut de gamme n''hésitez pas l''emplacement est ideal pour faire toute l''ile pas besoin de louer de véhicule, tout peut se faire en bus, système simple et économique malte est très jolie, formidable, beau temps, dépaysement assuré. Emplacement idéal en coeur de ville et près du départ des transports en commun pour visiter Malte. Calme, propreté et délicatesse. Un seul bémol : il n'était pas spécifié dans l'annonce un surcoût pour recevoir une 3ème personne alors que l'annonce spécifiait "appartement 2/3 personnes"."
