The minute you walk out the door, you will feel you are in the centre of everything, yet the apartment itself is a haven of peace. If you want to enjoy genuine Spanish food, you are definitely in the place to be: the best restaurants, tapas bars and cafés of Barrio del Carmen are simply around! If you fancy shopping while travelling, you are also lucky: the apartment is situated in the chic shopping area of the city....And from Plaza de la Reina many buses will take you to the sandy beaches of Valencia in less than 15 minutes "

"This is hands down, the very best apartment that we have ever rented. From the first moments of our meeting with the gracious owner to the last, we loved this place. We will return again and again to beautiful, stimulating Valencia. The photos are very accurate, the neighborhood is the most elegant and convenient to all of Valencia. We had gorgeous mornings in the cafe downstairs from the flat, sipping that wonderful Valencia orange juice with the sunshine on us. Our visits to the Calatrava buildings and exhibits were fascinating and we thoroughly enjoyed the Art in Valencia in the museums and many galleries. But, best of all was this beautiful apartment to return home to every night."

"My family and I had an extraordinary vacation in Valencia staying in this incredible apartment. We felt like we were living in a museum with every room containing beautiful furniture, objects and details that were abundant enough that we continued to find new things to admire up to the last day. The location, literally right off of the Plaza Virgen, was perfect and we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The place is big enough that it took my kids a couple of days to finally not get lost. To top it off, the owners (Fazia and Alejandro) are wonderful hosts -- knowledgeable, generous and enormously helpful. We felt like we had the treasure map to the city with all of the advice we received on restaurants to frequent, sites to visit and events to see. We will be back!"

Don't get scared by the classical outlook of this large apartment in the middle of Valencia. It is well equipped and every room has its own design. So you can drink your wine in one of the living rooms with a view on the cathedral, our use the internet in the lovely study. I think that the apartment is well suited for a longer stay than a few days. We stayed here in February 2013 and felt at home from the first day on. Every day we enjoyed the city and the sunny weather.If there is a minor point to criticize, it would be the absence of an elevator. On days that we didn't cook by ourselves we went for a good meal, our tasty tappas, to one of the numerous restaurants in our neighborhood. We still thank our friendly hosts Fazia and Alejandro for their good advice and their impressive knowledge of the rich history of Valencia.
