" This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Most restaurants offer the menu of the day. Local cuisine is of course the paella. Try La Pepica or La Marcillina on the promenade at Las Arenas beach. The City of Arts and Sciences is also close by. "

"If you want tidy accomodation for your family in the heart of a genuine Spanish residential area with plenty of ammnenities, access to the beach and a choice of easy/quick transport to the city centre, then this is the place for you. We enjoyed our stay immensely and if and when we return will not be looking elsewhere for accomodation. The owners are great!"

"Gelegen im Hafenviertel, wirkt die Umgebung angenehm und authentisch. Hoffentlich werden nicht noch mehr von den alten Häusern abgerissen. Sicherlich nicht unbedingt die beste Wohngegend Valencias. Man merkt, dass man in einer Stadt wohnt, aber es ist nicht laut. Das Zentrum oder die "Stadt der Künste und der Wissenschaften" sind gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen, der Flughafen besser mit der Metro. Nutzt man anfänglich die Autobahn, ist man auch recht schnell im wundervollen Hinterland. Bus- und Metrohaltestelle sind recht nah. Einen regulären Parkplatz findet man morgens nach 9 bis später Nachmittag (deutsches Zeitgefühl) vor dem Haus, mit Mut kann man jederzeit direkt vor der Haustür parken. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Fußminuten entfernt und verglichen mit dem, was wir zufällig in so einem Touristennest sahen wirlich top. Nebenbei bemerkt, man sollte sich nicht die in allen Führern angepriesene "Valencia Card" aufschwatzen lassen. So viel kann man gar nicht mit dem ÖPNV fahren, dass die sich lohnt. Auch zahlen Kinder vollen Preis für die Fahrkarte, Kindereintrittspreise werden mit Valencia Card aber nicht rabattiert. Die Wohnung hat einen vernünftigen Zuschnitt: recht kleine Schlafzimmer, aber dafür ausreichend Wohn- und Eßbereich für 6 Personen. In der Küche sind Gasherd, Wasch- und Spülmaschine und nicht nur an der großen Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination merkt man, dass der Eigentümer hier mal selbst gewohnt hat. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett sind recht fest und gut, der Rest wohl eher mittelpreisig bzw. Jugendmatratzen. Ordentlich warmes Wasser erzeugt ein Gasdurchlauferhitzer. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock, die Dachterrrasse gleich darüber kann genutzt werden. Leider besitzt das Bad kein Fenster. Dennoch, wir waren durchaus zufrieden. Aus meiner Sicht für eine Wohnung an der Küste gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nochmal Dank an Tabby, die uns die Wohnung nett und unaufdringlich übergeben hat, eigene Orangen brachte und bei Abreise die Kaution unbesehen zurückreichte."

"It was great staying at this place!!!! Thank You! this part of valencia is very nice, here you are very close to the spanish population, not much tourists around! the market is a few minutes away, there you can get very good fish and vegetables."

"TOP appartement met airco. Gebruik van (bad)handdoeken, parasols, koelbox en kinderspeelgoed voor op het strand. Prima uitgeruste keuken met magnetron, oven, koelkast, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Ideale ligging. Middenin de kustwijk El Cabanyal onder de Spanjaarden op slecht 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Bussen richting centrum en bezienswaardigheden op nog geen 2 minuten lopen. Metrostation naar het centrum en het vliegveld binnen een straal van 1 km. Winkels en de dagelijkse versmarkt in de directe omgeving. Een minpuntje is dat het appartement op de 5e verdieping ligt en dat er geen lift is. Ontvangst door een vriendin van de eigenaar is ook zeer hartelijk. Tevens geeft zij de nodige tips en informatie. Een absolute aanrader."
