Apartment/ flat - Valencia

"The house is central,stylish ,well kept, a real piece of "tres antique" properties, and very noisy becouse is right in the centre of the city.The views are fantastic ! The apartment is on the third flour of an old and very tired building , no elevator.For who doesn't like the sport that could be a serious problem ...In the first day was a great rain and when we've back home all the house was full of water becouse the doors from outside are broken and the rain cames inside.The furniture is ok, the appliances are also tired...The owner is very kind and she gaves us all the informations we need.Our stay there was pleasant, but wasn't exactely we've expected just looking the photos and reading the testiomonials".

"The apartment isn’t noisy because windows have installed climalit cristal (soundless). Water doesn’t get in the apartment when raining. This just happens when windows aren’t closed properly. All appliances are new (oven, microwave, washing machine, even the iron), as you can see on the photos. Photos show the reality of our apartment and you just have to read the other evaluations to see the comfort I offer".

"We had a very nice stay in this extemely well located apartment. We stayed with four people for which there is enough space. The apartment was clean and close to buses and subway. The centre and parc where within walking distance which was very pleasant with two small children."

"Appartement très propre, confortable,très bien equipé et idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville avec une vue magnifique sur les Torres de Serranos. Les rues voisines sont en stationnement gratuit, le bus s'arrête devant la porte de l'immeuble. On peut s'approvisionner au supermarché qui est très proche ou acheter des plats préparés( délicieux et à un prix modique) chez le traiteur que Nieves nous a indiqué (dans l'immeuble même). Nous reviendrons sûrement chez Nieves qui nous a reçus avec gentillesse, disponibilité et attention. Hemos pasado siete dias muy agradables en el piso. "
