"Très joli appartement totalement conforme aux photos. Clair et très propre il bénéficie en plus d'un bon emplacement, métro à moins de 5 mn, plage à 10 mn à pieds. La propriétaire Maria Nieves est très sympa. D'ailleurs nous y retournons au mois de Mars pour les Fallas."

"El mejor piso que podeis encontrar en Valencia, por supuesto ! Todo equipado, todo nuevo, luminoso, bonito, agrable... La mujer esta muy simpatica... Todo para tener buenisimo tiempo ! C'est le meilleur appart que vous puissiez trouver à Valence ! Tout équipé, tout nouveau, lumineux, beau, agréable... La dame est très sympathique ! De quoi passer un super séjour !"

"Le quartier est calme, populaire, avec des rues vraiment charmantes et partout de très jolies maisons. Accès au métro à 2 mn. Accès à la plage en 10 mn. Marché couvert très bien achalandé les matins, à moins de 10 mn. Nouveau quartier portuaire à 5 mn. Piste cyclable vers le centre à 2 mn et vers la plage d'El Saler à 15 mn. Appartement tout neuf de l'été 2008. L'équipement lourd de la cuisine est parfait. L'équipement léger n'était pas encore complet, mais Maria, hôtesse charmante et dynamique, nous a fourni ce qui nous manquait du jour au lendemain. Chambre sur cour parfaitement calme. Sur rue, un climatiseur d'entreprise était bruyant en journée, au moment de notre séjour. Quartier calme car petites rues peu fréquentées. "
