Appartment in center of Valencia

"Had a great time, the accommodation is in brilliant position - though some people may find the road outside a bit noisy. Apartment bright and airy - even though small. Air conditioning very effective. The settee was not very comfy - some of the wooden slats were broken, an iron would have been useful. Very pleased."

"The situation of the apartment was brilliant with all the main sights within a walk, and the tram for the beach just five minutes walk away too. The apartment was small but very clean and well-maintained. The building had a lift so there was no struggle carrying the bags upstairs. It was situated by quite a busy road but there was little noise or air pollution, and being situated thus, meant that should you need one, the bus stop is very nearby. I was definitely recommend this property again"

"The appartment we were taken to was not on the 3rd floor with a balcony with view of gardens or with air-conditioning, as we were told . When we turned the air-conditioning on water poured through the bathroom ceiling! Alicia Navarra told us she would get someone to fix it but she did not. We booked the apartment for three people but were only given linen for two. Alicia brought sheets for the third person the next day but forgot the towel which she said she would bring. In fact we never saw or heard from her again. She wouldn´t answer our calls! Alicia also told us a cleaner would come twice during our visit which did not happen. The kitchen did not have an oven and is not fully equipped for three people."

Appartamento adatto al massimo per 2 persone, piccolo, ma ben strutturato, dove è possibile arrivare in qualunque orario, grazie alla modalità di accesso. semplice ed efficace.
