It is comprised of an elegant, 19th century villa in traditional Tuscan architecture and a 13th century lookout tower. The villa and the tower are set inside a private 5 acres park, with formal gardens, patios and stone walking paths lined with statuary in a very peaceful position with views of the hills and the woods. The park has a remote controlled entry gate and ample parking. The Villa Rif.357071 and the Tower Rif. 357076 are also available for rent separately for a lower price. "

"A 15 minutes de Florence au coeur de la campagne toscane...un endroit magnifique et très calme. La tour en pierres du XIIème siècle en fait un lieu des plus atypiques. Nous y avons passé une semaine formidable pour les fêtes de Noel. La proximité avec Florence et le réseau autoroutier permet un rayonnement facile vers Pise, le Chianti ou ancore San Giminiano et Sienne...à ne pas manquer. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueilants."

"nous avons passé un excellent séjour,le temps pluvieux ne nous a pas permis de profiter des terrasses extérieures et du magnifique jardin. la maison est splendide,immense et bien agencée pour un groupe ou chacun trouve sa place. la campagne environnante est un enchantement!!! nous reviendrons pour profiter de l''extérieur à l''ombre de la tonnelle"

"Tout était parfait. Villa et Tour idéalement situées pour visiter Fiesole, Firenze, Siena, Pisa, San Giminiano, Arezzo... beauté des lieux et fraicheur assurée (maison et tour au mur très épais, jardin très agréable au milieu des arbres et loin du bruit)."
