Because of it’s advantageous location, the house is ideal for those seeking the peace and privacy of the countryside, the celebrated artistic sights and cultural events of Urbino, as well as the entertainment value of the beach which is only 30 minutes away. Calajala consists of two apartments: our residence and a second separate dwelling which we rent – both homes have their own private entrance. The house is fenced and only accessible through an automated gate with intercom. The spacious garden (4000m2) is framed by ancient oaks, fruit trees and even includes a mini-playground for children complete with swings and a teeter-tooter. The breathtaking view includes the surrounding green “Cesane” hills, an ancient stone town protected by the ruins of a medieval tower and a vast valley leading to the seashore. "
