The open-plan kitchen and utility room are equipped with granite countertops, electric hob and fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A small light filled seating area separates the kitchen and dining area. Off the kitchen, there is a dining room, complete with a oak oval dining table with a seating capacity for six. The house has been tastefully decorated to create a soft calming atmosphere with the use of Louis Mulcahy lamps throughout the house and dimmer switches in the rooms to create that special atmosphere. Wide teak doors open back onto a paved patio area where there is teak garden furniture and you will find a gas BBQ in the shed. The house is a short skip from the fishing village of Union Hall, where you will find delightful reataurants such as the renowned Dinty Collins Seafood Restaurant that double up as cozy pubs. "
