Best points about the property:
" located 5 minutes by foot from the public beach! The residence is guarded day and night and the watchmen are nice and ready to help if necessary. The residence gates have a code, please don`t communicate it to anyone! The majority of the residents are Mauritian citizens, most of them owners of the flat. The appartments are surrounded with green plants, huge exotic trees (Bananas, goyavas, Coconuts, papayas etc...) which you`re allowed to pick up. You`ll also find a small herbal garden with mint, coriander, etc.. which you can use also for own cooking! I you need any help contact Sameer, who is in charge of the flat. He lives 50 metres away from it. If you need someone to clean the flat during your vacation, you can ask Lovela who will execute it thoroughly (about 10 euros a day and not a hour!!!). Just talk to her, she`s reliable! The all area is calm and colorful with great exotic birds. Telecommunication in and from Mauritius is really cheap; I`ve left a mobile phone for your own use: If you buy a rubble-charge phone-card (Orange) (in any Supermarkt or foodstore) you can reach people easily in Mauritius or international and you can be reached as well. I`ve experienced it, I can only recommend! "
