" The apartment is perfect to be used for brief working or cultural journeys.The apartment is peaceful and comfortable; the interior is very well groomed and totally new. The apartment is located 800 m far from the so- called “Faro della Vittoria”. It is close from the city center and the pedestrian precinct: an area in which the best shops and museums are located. On the opposite direction, but always close, it is possible to reach the Barcola’s seaside resort: a pleasant area along the beach where you can find several accesses to the sea and also free showers. "

"L''appartamento è situato in po'' in periferia, ma vi sono i mezzi pubblici che portano al centro e per i buoni camminatori anche a piedi è possibile raggiungere le principali mete turistiche della città. L''alloggio è ben fornito di tutto il necessario, ben arredato e conforme alle aspettative. Unico neo, per chi non è abituato, il rumore delle auto che passano al quale tuttavia dopo un paio di notti ci si abitua. Inoltre, per chi arriva con l''auto, dopo aver scaricato i bagagli, si deve parcheggiare nei paraggi (es. via Baseggio), essendo via salita di Gretta una strada con inevitabile divieto di sosta data la larghezza."
