" The house is situated near the Dão River, only 400 meters away, where you can fish, swim, sunbath and have a great time in family. With a bike/walk trail near the river where you can exercice your body while seing the amazing landscapes with the 4 bycicles available in the House. If you either like Golf or wanted to try it sometime, you can play it in Montebelo Golf Court located at 30 km, where you also can find the Equestrian Center. The nearest city is Santa Comba Dão only 8 km away and Tondela only 13, but if looking for a bigger city, Viseu at 37,4 km away and Coimbra at 58km, where you can find other shoppings, restaurantes, public pools, gyms and various stores. The Estrela Moutain (Serra da Estrela) with breathtaking lanscapes and a honorable Ski Resort, for the snow lovers, can be found 66 km away.
