Best points about the property:
" In a typical early XX century building, on 1st floor, one bedroom apartment of 65 square meters totally refurbished in summer 2009. Large living room, small hallway, double bedroom, spacious bathroom, equipped kitchen. Decor is simple and functional.
Attractive position in a courtyard on a pedestrian street in the most beautiful area in old Trapani, a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants and 150 meters from the beach! Lively area but the apartment is very quiet thanks to double glazing and exposure on inner yards, which makes it very cool in summer (therefore you'll need little air-conditioning).
The building is small, with only two other flats, one of which is my house! "
" You will be at the heart of downtown Trapani, the nicest area in the city which is also the most convenient, being a stone's trhow from the best bars, restaurants and beaches and from the port which is the sea-and-land transportation hub to get around in Trapani's province.
You will also receive discounts and advantages in restaurants and other partner stores.
Absolutely worth visiting in the area: the Egadi Islands (Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo), Erice, Segesta, Mozia, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve. "

Means of access At the very center of the old town, in a pedestrian area; it is very easy to get there on foot, being about 200 yards from the terminus of all suburban buses (Trapani and Palermo airports - Palermo town - cities and sites in the province of Trapani) and from the piers (landing point of ships and hydrofoils to the Egadi islands, Pantelleria, Sardinia, Tunisia...).
If you have a car, recommended parking: free of charge on the "litoranea" (seafront north), paying on the port (seafront south); Piazza Vittorio free of charge (but there may be some illegal parking watchmen asking for a few cents).
