"Nous avons apprécié le calme de cet appartement malgré les travaux du tramway. Appartement clair, confirmons situation est-ouest sans aucun vis à vis. Immeuble calme. Apprécié également le parking. Nous ajoutons l''accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui mets à votre disposition la chaîne stéréo et si besoin son ordinateur."

"logement est bien situé pour visiter TOURS il est à 15minutes à pieds du centre ville, ce qui est très bien car difficile de se garer à Tours, surtout en ce moment avec les travaux pour le tramway.Un parking privé très appréciable. Une grande terrasse bien exposée et bien équipée( nous n''avons pas eu l''occasion d''en profiter car ce n''était pas la période même si nous avons eu un beau soleil) il est très bien équipé, du lave-vaisselle au sèche linge , TV et ordinateur mis à disposition également. l''environnement est très bien, immeuble ancien mais très calme. Nous avons mis 4/5 pour l''environnement car la circulation assez difficile aux heures de pointe due aux travaux pour le tram Très bon séjour. "

"Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. L''appartement est très agréable, spacieux, lumineux et très calme avec une grande terrasse. Il est situé non loin du centre de Tours qu''on peut rejoindre à pieds grâce à un pont. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. nous gardons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour dans la région."
