It has over one acre of private grounds and has 2 huge swimming pools (over 200 m²) and a retaurant for residents only. It’s very central and close to shops, bars, discos, restaurants, supermarkets, and bus and train stations. The complex is 5 minutes walk to the main beach front (paseo maritimo) with its restaurants and the famous chiringuitos, 2,5 miles from Malaga airport, and 4 miles from Malaga city.
