Very quite but still very accessible from the highway (not to many bends for reaching peacefullness!). The view is outstanding and the location, being on the border of a huge woods aea, guarantuees a full immersion in the local nature. The Villa is exposed South, at 200° from East to West and you will experience breathtaking dawns behind the mountains, as well as unforgettable sunsets. It is located high on the hill on a dominant position on the border of the Tiber Natural Park. "

" Parco Naturale del Tevere - beautiful walks from the Agriturism Tittignano, a medieval village over the Gole del Forello. An extraordinary experience of nature, home made food, olive oil and wine in the most faithfull local tradition (reservation is higly recommended). Fattoria di Vibio - a family run luxury wellness centre in a modern architecture in the middle of the wilderness, where food and wine are provided by the local producer, filtred by the experience and gourmet taste of the owners (reservation is recommeded). Italy, Umbria - Perugia Todi : 12 Km Forest: less than 50 m

Means of access :

Easily accessible from Florence or Rome and Perugia, the closest main city. The highway A1 is the colsest. From Rome, you take the A1 (towards Florence) and exit in Orte in direction of Terni. Then take the exit Perugia-Cesena (E45) and proceed in this direction till the exit Todi-Orvieto. Proceed in direction of Orvieto onto the SS 448 for approx. 6,5km and take the right exit to Casemasce. Proceed for exactly 2,5km (before reaching Casemasce) and take the gravel road on the right. Keep the right at the 2 small junction ypu will comeacross and Poggio del Cerro is the 3rd gate you will see (approx. 1km of gravel road). From Florence, take the A1 (towards Rome) exit at Orvieto. After the paytoll turn left in dorection of Bashi-Todi. Follow direction to Todi and take the SS 448 for exactly 18km. Take the left exit in direction to Casemasce and follow the above mentioned instructions. From Perugia, take the E45 towards Terni-Roma and exit at Todi-Orvieto. Take the SS 448 in direction of Orvieto and follow the above mentioned instructions.
