" The apartment is situated in a private residence near the sea and has direct access to the beach. the furniture is new and well-maintained. The residence is completely fenced and comes with car parking places reserved for the guests, a place for children to play, a gazebo with tables,chairs and barbecue (for playing with friends, listening to music, outdoor lunches/dinners). The beach is directly connected with the property and easily accessible, even to guests with physical disabilities. The proprietors live in the residence and are able to offer assistance, should the need arise Guests can use the outdoor showers (one inside a cabin and one outside) with warm water coming from a solar plant. The property is in an ideal geographic position for families who want spend a quiet vacation near the sea and not far away from the countryside. Starting from Termoli you can reach the Tremiti isles (45 minutes). In about 1 hour you can reach the archaeological sites of Altilia (ancient Roman city) and Isernia, Padre Pio's sanctuary at San Giovanni Rotondo, and the National Park of the Molise.During the summer there are several events and popular festivals,where you can discover local culture and gastronomy.The exhibited price refer to the apartment of the proposal(5 +1 beds) Price include water, gas consumption and 25 Kw/h per week electrical power consumption (exceeding consumption must be paid separately). "C''est un très charmant endroit dont le grand avantage est l''accès direct à une belle et vaste plage peu peuplée. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement aimables et offrent un accueil très chaleureux. Grâce à leur convivialité, il s''est créé une belle ambiance entre les différents vacanciers, notamment lors d''une soirée pizza organisée par la "nonna". On retournera volontiers l''année prochaine!"

"Nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour. Le proriétaire M. Massa (et toute la famille) est très gentil, et tellement serviable. Le site est très bien situé, à proximité du Centre (20 minutes à pied), direct sur la plage, très propre et très sécuritaire. Bref, tout était parfait. Merci à M. "Voilà l'édition 2010 est dernière nous. Pour la seconde année nous avons retrouvés la paix et la joie de vivre au bord de l'eau et dans la chaleur supportable au sein de la famille M..
