Best points about the property:

" The touristic complex is near (300 meters) the shopping centre ‘Tavira Gran Plaza’ and about 600/700 meters away from downtown. In the complex there are huge gardens, two swimming pools, a tennis court, a playground for children, a restaurant and a bar. Near the entrance there is a supermarket There are a lot of parking spots close to the apartments, available for everyone for free. There is also a vigilant overnight to ensure the safety of everyone. The apartment was totally renewed, it’s facing South and has a balcony where you can enjoy wonderful sightings of the sea, the swimming pools and the town itself. There is an equipped kitchen and all the shower and bath equipment are changed every week. There is also a hydro massage cabin. During the day you can visit our 24 churches, expositions in ‘Palácio da Galeria’, visit the viewpoint of the castle and course the alleys of this magnificent town, either on foot or by touristic train. You won’t return without visiting the marvelous beach of “Ilha de Tavira” or other beautiful beaches of fine sand. The sun is our visit card; Tavira was considered multiple times as the city with most hours of sunshine in the whole Europe. There are also boat tours in ‘Ria Formosa’ for very attractive prices. At about 200 meters you have at your disposal a large and varied number of restaurants with regional food. Golf, Bowling, horsemanship, birdwatching, deep sea fishing and hiking are only some of the many activities you can do in Tavira and its surroundings. We assure you that you will not regret it. "

"O apartamento é muito bom, foi remodelado recentemente e está bem equipado. Estava tudo em perfeitas condições, com televisão, loiça, roupa de cama e toalhas à disposição. Tem também um banheiro fantástico. Tem um quarto com 2 camas e mais 2 camas na sala. É óptimo para 4 pessoas. É num 3º andar e tem uma vista maravilhosa da varanda. Fica muito perto do centro comercial e pode-se ir a pé. Tem um restaurante e um bar com música ambiente no aldeamento. Tem muitos jardins e lugares de estacionamento. O proprietário é muito prestável e deu-nos algumas indicações muito úteis. As piscinas são muito bonitas, mas estavam fechadas nesta data. Foram umas férias agradáveis, pois a cidade de Tavira é muito bonita e tem muitas coisas para se visitar."
