It is equipped with everything necessary to provide a comfortable stay for up to 4 people regardless the season. The accommodation is arranged as a single living area on one floor. It comprises a living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. There is one good sized fully furnished bedroom with a twin bed and a bathroom with a toilet, a wash basin and a shower. The sofa in the living room transforms in a comfortable twin bed for two persons (150 cm wide). There is a balcony in front of the house with a garden set. A royal covered veranda behind the house overlooks a large garden with pine and olive trees, lavender, rosemary and heather. The whole villa resort is nested among the sea, pine woods and vineyards. The beach is only 80 meters away.
