" Sori,on the Ligurian Riviera, detached villa on two floors, close to other houses, facing south , in a quiet village in the midst of olive groves. Large fenced garden with sea view; lit veranda, oven and barbecue, parasols and deck chairs, sitting area with armchairs and sofa. Sunny terrace with sea view, furnished with table and chairs: the mild climate and the sheltered position often allow to dine outdoors even during the winter months. Direct access from garden: double entrance to the house(from the living room or from the kitchen): on the first floor living-dining room with double bed sofa, kitchen with table and chairs and bathroom with shower. Upstairs a double bedroom overlooking the terrace and a bedroom with a bunk bed :every room is facing south and has sea view. Free parking in the yard of the church and walkway 150 meters on a pedestrian road downhill. "

" " Canepa is a quiet village, convenient to the presence of a small market with fresh food ,a bar and a restaurant serving Ligurian specialties. From the village many paths for walking and hiking in the woods are well marked. Seaside at 5 km: 10 minutes by car .In Sori there are numerous bathing establishments and a public sandy/pebbles beach. Sightseeing boat trips to S.Fruttuoso, Camogli, Portofino and Cinque Terre. Interesting hiking on marked trails in the nearby natural parks of Portofino and Cinque Terre. The beautiful sandy beaches of Sestri Levante with its famous "Silence Bay " are 35 km east from Sori. At 20 km Genoa, "La Superba", with the largest historic center in Europe and the famous Aquarium. 60 minutes drive to the Cinque Terre, 90 minutes to Milan, Pisa and Lucca . "

Jolie maison très bien équipée, on y accède par une étroite ruelle piétonne. La vue sur mer est magnifique et le calme est au RDV, il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin à Sori, sinon il y a une petite alimentation, un bon restaurant et une pizzeria dans le village. Pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger et qui n'ont pas l'habitude, notez que l'église ne se trouve pas loin et sonne toutes les heures... La propriétaire est très sympa et très agréable. Location à conseiller !

"Une belle petite maison avec 2 terrasses qui offrent un choix d''ensoleillement, une très jolie vue, bien équipée dans un village calme (uniquement troublé par les cigales) à 5 km de la plage et à proximité des "5 terres" magnifiques. Ce qui ne gâche rien, la propriétaire est très sympa et a été un très bon guide dans Gênes. Mais pourquoi ce petit prix alors ? Et oui le petit moins c''est l''accès par une petite route de montagne et les derniers 150 m obligatoirement a pied avec quelques escaliers. Mais n''est ce pas le prix pour trouver ce petit havre de paix sur une cote très attractive."

"Un paradis! Maison au calme mais près de tout: de la plage de Sori et de Recco, de la ville de Genova. Dans un petit village avec possibilité de ravitaillement (alimentation, pain). Environnement magnifique. Avec vraiment une vue splendide sur la mer. Logement impeccable et soigné. Propriétaire accueillante et disponible. Très belle location! On reviendra."
