" Set in a quiet street of the picturesque village of 'Siorac-en-Perigord' this stone village house offers comfortable accomodation for a large family or a group of friends. It has a secluded garden with table and chairs and a summer kitchen to prepare lunch outside. The house is set in a very quiet street but is only 2 minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of the picturesque village of Siorac, set on the edge of the Dordogen River, 15miles west from Sarlat. Indoor description: ******************* The entrance opens to the lounge with its dining area and an open plan kitchen fully equipped with a electric oven, a burner gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a cosy salon area with sofas and coffee table. The lounge has french windows to access the secluded garden. Also on groundfloor there is a small utility room with a washing machine and a ironing table/iron. From the lounge a wooden staircase leads up to the first floor with a large corridor leading on 4 rooms. First room is a small bathroom with a bath. On this room is an extra sleep The second room is the Green double bedded room with its magnificient old built in wardrobe. The third room is the Pink twin bedroom. The fourth master Yellow bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and a double bed. Note that all beds are new and very comfortable. Also there is a sep toilets on first floor and another access to the garden. "
