"The property was ideal for our family holiday with swimming pool, bicycles, horses to feed and information about places to visit and beaches. We were met by the owner, Luis, who was very welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed a brief horse ride at the end of our stay, led by Luis. Sintra and its environs is a very interesting place to stay with lots to see and do in the historic town, plus its close proximity to many beaches and to Lisbon too. "

"This is a lovely house in perfect surroundings, small but well equipped, great pool, plenty of space inside and outside. Perfect size for 4 people, or even 6. Very peaceful location with no other house within sight. Beautiful forest setting with eagles/falcons flying overhead. Easy (5 minute by car) access to the nearby village with shops, cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes to three great beaches, all with good facilities. You need to have a car to enjoy this house - it is a long walk up the hill from the village. Lots of interesting places to visit around Sintra and easy access to Lisbon. Luis, the house owner is very, very helpful and freindly - nothing is too much trouble. His ponies give great fun to the children. A great place for children, safe and lots of space."

"Das Häuschen liegt absolut ruhig in wunderschöner Natur inmitten des Naturparks. Ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Strände sind in 5 Autominuten entfernt, und durch die Höhenlage (380m) ist es auch an heissen Tagen immer angenehm kühl, speziell am Abend. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, inkl. Wasch- und Trockenmaschine als auch grosse Tiefkühltruhe und Spülmaschine. der Eigentümer und seine Familie sind sehr zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unsere Töchter haben die mehrfachen langen Ausritte mit den beiden Pferden sehr genossen, Luis hat sich hierfür privat sehr viel Zeit genommen, ohne dafür extra bezahlt zu werden. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Angebot, wenn man Idylle, Natur und Ruhe in den Vordergrund stellt."

"Situation très originale avec ce chalet entourée de verdure et de tranquillité. L''accueil du propriétaire est très bonne. Le chalet répond à toutes les caractéristique de l''annonce. Seul le chauffe-eau était un peu capricieux !"

"Un environnement exceptionnel, un propriétaire extrêmement accueuillant et disponible. Un lieu idéal avec des enfants durant la belle saison. Le jardin est très calme et magnifique. On se sent loin de tout perdu dans la forêt alors que la maison se situe très près de la mer et de SINTRA. La maison est simple mais accueillante. Il y a en plus des jeux pour les enfants et des vélos et trotinettes à disposition. On remercie encore Luis pour sa gentillesse."
