Best points about the property:
" Apartments-Mediteraneo is in a house situated on a peninsula surrounded by the clear waters of the Mediterranean.
It is only 50 m from a pebble beach and a sandy beach is less than 200 metres away behind it. Both beaches have a pleasant view of uninhabited islands in the open sea. There is more than enough space for your parasol and deck chairs just next to the sea even in mid-August.
In the yard, there is a tent which provides protection against the sun, along with a table and chairs. A place where you will spend most of the day. Have breakfasts, reading, or talking while they children play on the beach.
Your host who lives on site is knowledgeable in culinary matters and would be happy to advise you on the buying and preparing of local produce possibly new to you. He can also advise you of trips, events and other things that might contribute to the enjoyment of your stay here. There is no extra cost for this service.

" The village of Zaboric is not a well - known tourist area and just because of that it is a perfect place for a vacation. It is quiet and peaceful - almost without traffic.
Zaboric is centrally located on the Croatian coastline which makes most Croatian destinations worth seeing accessible within the day. There are 2 National Parks and 3 cultural monuments under the protection of UNESCO very near by: Krka National Park is 20 km away /www.npkrka.hr/ the Kornati archipelago is at a distance of 15 km /www.kornati.hr/, and it can be visited by boat. The Paklenica National Park is at a distance of 80 km /www.paklenica.hr/, and Plitvička Jezera /www.np-plitvicka-jezera.hr/ at 90 km.
The monuments under the protection of UNESCO are: the Cathedral in Šibenik, a combination of Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance styles, the Renaissance Town of Trogir and the Palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian in Split.
Lively and cultural Town of Zadar is an hour's drive away, Primošten with the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic is 15 minutes away, and Vodice, which is the place to go out at night, is 25 minutes away.
The biggest discothèque on the Adriatic, Aurora, is 20 minutes away. A little bit further - Dubrovnik, Mostar and the islands of Brač, Hvar and Vis

Means of access There is a very good connection with most of European destinations, as the motor way is passing by 10 km away plus there are two international airports within 50 km: The Split International Airport and Zadar International Airport. If necessary, the owner can meet you there. During the summer months, they are connected with almost all European countries either directly or through Zagreb.
The A1 Motorway from Zagreb to Split, Exit Vrpoljac. Apart from the motorway, which costs around EUR 17, there is also the main road on the route Zagreb -Split, which is more interesting and pleasant to drive on, which does not cost a thing and is shorter by almost 40 km.
Throughout the year, Dalmatia is connected with Italy by two ferry boat lines: Ancona-Zadar and Pescara-Split. The trip lasts around 7 hours. The sea is smooth throughout the summer, and the ride is a comfortable one. In August, in view of the Italian Ferragosto, the tickets must be reserved in advance. There is also the fast catamaran connection Ancona-Zadar, which takes only 3 hours.
There is the rail connection Zagreb-Šibenik (which is 10 km away), and the bus stop is 800 metres away from the apartment.
