Best points about the property:

" Arriving to the flat is very easy. The train station AVE is 5 minutes walking, and the Airport bus stop at 50 meters. It's a confortable apartment to visit Seville and to go to another places of Andalucía, like Cádiz, Córdoba, Málaga o Granada. If you are comming with a private car, the build has a private parking down to keep it. The flat is in the new comercial center of the town, with all bus stop very near. There are two big stores 100 meters arround with all you can need. The city old center is about 20 minutes walking. You can rent a bike and visit the city by the BIKE PLACES. The flat is big, with central hot water. Cold-hot air conditioned. Cable TV & INTERNET WIFI. It has a big kitchen with table and chairs inside to eat in. Two complet bathrooms. "
