CUTE APPART. 2 BEDR. NEAR LA GIRALDA, SEVILLA CENTER

"We are a family of four who looked for an apartment in downtown Seville to enjoy the city atmosphere during one week in July 2012. With Tina and Victor, the owners, we were definitely not disappointed. On the contrary! They have been extremely helpful since our very first contact in March, when we started planning our 3-week trip through Andalusia. In addition to the accommodation description on the Homelidays Web site, Tina and Victor have their own site containing all kind of useful information (in several languages) for a first-time visitor to Seville. During the trip preparation, they answered all our questions by mail within minutes. Approaching the date of our arrival, Victor offered to pick us up at the airport! Tina was waiting for us in the apartment with the keys and lots of tips for our stay in the city. The apartment was well maintained, all the expected facilities were present and functioning. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The last day, Victor accompanied us to the car rental, gave us some advice for the next part of our vacations, and left his phone number just in case…. We would recommend to all our friends heading for Seville to rent with Tina and Victor. Thank you!"

"An apartement is located perfectly, it is quiet, clean, tastefull and comfortably equipped (small minus : no kettle, narrow cabin shower). Owners are charming persons, very, very helpfull, they picked us up from airport and gave a lot of information about city. They have been readily frequently answering for our questions. Our stay in Sevilla was exellent, we will return there gladly:)."

"In common we had very nice stay. Advantages: - located in the very center of city (juderia district). Walking distance from Cathedral and other spots, walking distance to railway station. And you are exactly in the center of all these little cafe, taperias, bodegas etc - there are probably 50 of them within less than 10 min walk - relatively inexpensive. - no noise, clean. Disadvantages: - it's tiny. Better for 3 persons than for four. And we were lucky we all were below 5ft 7in - some bulky six-feet guy will be less happy, especially in shower - I will suggest to owner to offer second set of keys - it was not available, and it's inconvenient even for two guests, more for 3-4 guests."
