" Totally refurbished 2008. Fully equipped. Quiet neighbourhood in the heart of the commercial and business district of Sevilla. Strategically located. Train station, direct bus to the airport, main bus lines, taxi-cabs,rent-a-car (Avis, Hertz, Atesa, Pepecars, Crown, etc.) and bycicle rentals, all within 200 meters.
The monumental city center is within 20 minutes walk from the apartment, for those who don't want to take a bus. The city's biggest Department Store and Comercial Center (full of restaurants, cinemas and fashion stores) are only at a distance of 300 meters.
The area is full of good restaurants where it is possible to enjoy traditional andalusian cuisine or from other countries (italian, chinese, hindu, etc.). Traditional tapa's bars are also a good choice. For those who prefer cooking for themselves, the neighbourhood is full of grocery stores and supermarkets.
The proximity of the Central Train Station makes the apartment a perfect starting point for day-trips to Cordoba, Jerez, or Cádiz in the coast. "
